Your training data stays on your iPhone
Milo logs your workouts, calculates every metric it shows, and stores everything entirely on your device. There is no account, no server, and no network request anywhere in the app — your sets, weights, routines, and progress are never uploaded anywhere.
What Milo stores
Routines, workout sessions, sets, personal records, body measurements you enter, any per-muscle targets you set, and any progress photos you take or import — all in the app's own on-device storage. Nothing is inferred from or shared with any other app, service, or account.
Progress photos
A photo you take or import is stored as an encrypted file in Milo's own container, stripped of location and camera metadata before it's ever written to disk. Milo never asks for access to your whole photo library — importing goes through Apple's picker, which only hands the app the photo you actually chose. No number, measurement, or score is ever attached to a photo. You can optionally require Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode before progress photos open, from Profile.
Purchases
Milo Pro and tips are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit — Milo never sees or stores your payment details. Checking whether you own Milo Pro reads only the entitlement Apple's own StoreKit already holds on your device; nothing about a purchase is ever sent anywhere else, linked to you, or used for anything beyond unlocking what you paid for.
No accounts, ads, or tracking
Milo has no sign-in, shows no ads, and includes no analytics, advertising, or tracking software of any kind. It does not know who you are beyond what you type into it, and it has no way to tell anyone.
Exporting and deleting your data
Profile > Export my data gives you everything Milo has stored — including your actual progress photo files, not just a list of them — as files you can save or share yourself. Profile > Delete all data permanently erases everything, photo files included, from this device. Both are free, unconditional, and available regardless of anything else in the app — Milo never holds your own data hostage behind a paywall.
Not medical advice
Milo is a training log and calculator, not a medical device. Every number it shows is calculated from what you logged, using rules it explains on request — never a diagnosis, a guarantee, or professional guidance. Talk to a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme.
Children
Milo does not collect any data from anyone, including children.
